Just a couple of years without any care and this garden had become a complete wilderness with many surprises in the undergrowth. |

There were two birch trees in the garden but their beautiful white bark went un-noticed in the undergrowth. Here, they stand out and look magnificent. |

The natural slope of the garden meant that it was ideal for a waterfall and the fish pond is a great place for contemplation. |

The large bamboo and the ornamental planting will mature to produce a restful garden full of greenery and subtle colours. There were no “hot” colours planted in this garden. |
